BAR GRAPHS!!

A few weeks a go I made a screencastify video about bar graphs. At the start it tells you how to make the L witch is the beginning of writing in your topics and how much people voted for one of your topics so if the highest vote is 10 then you 10 a long the side. After you finish writing the numbers then you can write down your data. I also learned how to use a bar graph.

ALLITERATION!!!

My reading group and I had an alliteration project to work with a letter that our teacher gave us and my letter was M.My alliteration sentence was Marty the monkey was messy while eating macaroni and cheese. We made a slide describing the sentence and here is the picture.

Actions Stations Day!

Before

On Tuesday when went outside and cleaned up the PE shed and took all of the stuff out of the PE shed and put right outside of the PE shed. We put the desk up in the shed by room 5 and we put the rest of the stuff in piles. After putting the desks back up in the shed we sweeped all of the rubbish into bins. Then put the stuff back up in the PE shed now its all nice and clean. We thought about what equipment we could add into our PE shed.  The tricky part is to make the people keep it clean.

My Pepeha!!

This is my pepeha and we have been doing pepeha for every one in the class. This is my own pepeha. We pepeha last year to tell where we came from and we lived.

Chapter Chat activty

We had to do a chapter chat activity about Vampire bats and we had to label the parts. My favorite  part of this activity was making the bat on google drawings.

We had to do a chapter chat activity about when they got attacked by a snake. I drew a snake,  Fred, Lila, Max and Con by hand. When they got attacked by the snake, they fell into a hole.

Science Fair Project!

This is my Science Fair Project - "How greasy are your chips?".
I really enjoyed doing this project and was surprised by the results!

Times Tables diploma!!

This week our teacher put out a different maths test and the website is https://www.timestables.co.nz/. I linked this website so you can go on to it and try and see what it is like.
 There is a times table on there which is the  maths diploma. There is a little diploma and a big diploma. I got both diplomas in under 5:00 minutes.  The little diploma was in 1:43 and the big diploma was in 2:47.

Matariki puzzle!!

We have been learning about Matariki, our teacher put out different cards about Matariki.

 In the picture the puzzle pieces are filled with information about what happened during Matariki.

Be CyberSmart!

Welcome back to my blog today I will be telling you how to always stay CyberSmart.

 First you need to always stay on the appropriate website.
At the end of the day you have to close all your tabs.
You always hold your chromebook with two hands and it needs to be closed.
 If someone is Cyber bullying you on your chromebook you go right away to a teacher or an adult.
You never share personal information with other people that you don't know.

Always plug in your chromebook when you're finished with your work. You always  stay Cybersmart and Cybersafe.

Amazing Time Table!

My weekly timetable is like a guide telling me what to do and what workshop I need to go to. It also tells me where to be at the right workshop and the right day. At the beginning of the week you have to fill in your time table. You go into a website called 'Moana Learning Hub'. It has all the information about how you get onto the time table.

There is a clock on the Moana Learning Hub next to the clock there is some information about what the clock does. When you click on the clock you go onto a google form. The google form is the time table that fills in your day. Sometimes the teacher puts in workshops to help us with that subject.
